To summon Grigoire in World Tier 4, you must place 5 Living Steel on the altar in the Hall of the Penitent. You can get this material from the Tortured Gifts of Living Steel chest during Helltide events. In turn, this event occurs once every 75 minutes in a random location on the map and buy Diablo 4 Gold. By participating in Helltide on World Tier 4, you can get 3 Living Steel from each chest, so you can collect the required amount in one event. But keep in mind that opening each Tortured Gifts of Living Steel will cost you 300 Aberrant Cinders.
